✓ You ARE allowed to:

• Post or share the artwork online with proper credit: @okaaamii16 (X), @okamirex.16 (Instagram), or @okamirex16.bsky.social (Bluesky).
• Print the artwork for personal use or as a gift.

✕ You are NOT allowed to:

• Reproduce or sell the artwork as merchandise, including prints, T-shirts, or stickers.
• Resell or redistribute the digital artwork to third parties.
• Mint, sell, or use the artwork for NFTs or cryptocurrency-related purposes.
• Make major alterations without permission or claim the artwork as your own creation.

Right to decline

I may decline requests that make me uncomfortable or are beyond my artistic abilities.

Art style

Commissions will be drawn in my personal art style. Please review my examples before ordering.

Artist's rights & privacy

I retain copyright to my original artwork and may display commissioned pieces in my portfolio, social media, and commission examples. If you'd like your commission kept private, please tell me before I begin.

Revisions

Each commission includes two (2) minor revisions and one (1) major revision during the sketch and work-in-progress stages. Minor revisions are small adjustments, such as colors or facial expressions. A major revision is a larger change to the pose, outfit, or composition. Additional revisions may cost extra. Once the artwork is finalized, major revisions may not be possible.

Completion time

Commissions typically take 3–10 days after upfront payment and receipt of all required details. Complex requests or a busy queue may take longer; I'll let you know about delays.

Payment method

Payment is accepted through a PayPal invoice, in USD.

• Full payment: 100% upfront, before work begins.
• Split payment: 50% down payment before I start, then the remaining 50% after you approve the sketch and before I continue with the finished line art and coloring.

Refund policy

Payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by applicable law or if I cannot complete your commission. If I need to cancel, we'll discuss an appropriate refund based on the work completed and applicable requirements.

Agreement

Submitting payment confirms that you've read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Services & add-ons

I offer YCH animated loops and chibi commissions (line art, color, or rendered; bust, half body, or full body). Please check my Price List for starting prices.

Optional add-ons: An additional character starts at +10% of the base commission price, subject to the artwork type and complexity. Special props or extra details may require a custom quote. Simple colors, transparency, and decorative elements such as hearts or sparkles are included; I do not offer complex scenery.

Before we begin

1. Contact me. DM me on social media or email okamirex.16@gmail.com and tell me the commission type you want.
2. Send references. Share your character reference, desired pose, expression, outfit, props, and background preferences. I can suggest ideas or use creative freedom with your permission.
3. Quote & invoice. I'll confirm your total price, then send a PayPal invoice in USD. You can pay in full upfront or choose 50% down and 50% after sketch approval.

Phase 1 · Sketch

• Rough character sketch and pose
• Basic composition and simple background/decorations, if requested
• Feedback and sketch approval
• For split payments: the remaining 50% is due after sketch approval, before Phase 2 begins.

Phase 2 · Work in Progress (WIP)

• Clean line art
• Base colors and initial shading (as included in the selected commission type)
• Progress preview and feedback

Phase 3 · Finish

• Final shading/rendering or animation, according to the commission type
• Watermarked preview and final minor feedback
• High-resolution final artwork delivered by email as PNG or JPG; animations delivered in the agreed format

Revisions: Your commission includes 2 minor revisions and 1 major revision across the sketch and WIP stages. Further changes may have an additional fee. The unwatermarked final file is sent after full payment.
